CAN I JOIN ONLINE?
WHAT MEMBERSHIPS ARE AVAILABLE?
You can choose from a wide variety of membership types designed to suit your lifestyle. Whether you’re looking to pay monthly with no contract or to save money with a 12-month membership package. You need to weigh up the price advantage of choosing a longer membership against the actual commitment you can make to your exercise regime.
HOW LONG IS MY MEMBERSHIP?
You get the most value from fitness when it’s part of your everyday life. That’s why we offer a 12-month membership as standard. We also have a shorter-term option available if you’re the kind of person who needs greater flexibility.
HOW DO I PAY?
Our flexible payment plans mean you can pay for your membership monthly, fortnightly or weekly. You can also choose the date you want your membership to start, so you’ll only pay from your first session onwards.
HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE TO JOIN?
Members must be at least 14 years old. If you are under 18 years of age you can join but you must have signed parental consent.
ARE THERE ANY OTHER COSTS?
We will apply a one-off joining fee of $29 which covers introductory services provided to you including your 24/7 membership access card, a personalised Gym Induction with one of our Personal Trainers who will assess your training needs, an initial training programme, and health and safety requirements.
A pro-rata fee may be applied for the remainder of the month you join in. Any additional costs are for any services you choose to use such as personal training.
CAN I BUY A DAY PASS?
CAN I BRING A FRIEND TO WORK OUT WITH ME IN THE GYM?
Yes. Simply walk in the door with them during our staffed hours. As a member, you have unlimited privileges to bring first-time guests along for a complimentary work-outs. All we ask is that they sign a waiver form when they arrive and that they workout with you.
Important: It is not possible to bring a friend outside staffed hours. Not only does this pose a health and safety risk, it is also a security risk and is against our ALLFIT club policy.
WHAT IS PERSONAL TRAINING?
Working with a Personal Trainer improves your chances of achieving your goals, whatever they may be. You don’t have to be super fit, just have a desire to improve.
Personal Training is quick, safe and much more fun than working on your own and our Personal Trainers are smart, friendly and great at motivation so you always go that little bit further than you ever believed possible. Plus you can experiment with new kit, techniques and exercises.
We begin with an in-depth assessment of your fitness and health then create a tailored personal training plan. You’ll learn how to stay motivated and inspired and your Personal Trainer will be by your side, cheering you on and giving lots of advice on nutrition, diet and more. What’s not to like? HOW MUCH ARE PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS?
Our Personal Training packages are designed to suit you. They’re tailored precisely to achieve your goals. Personal Training is quicker, safer and much more fun than working out by yourself. Choose from 8, 16 or 24 one hour or 30 minute sessions, or group deals with 2 people. You can pay for it all up front in a single payment or by direct debit each month. Please speak to the Club Reception about prices or contact your local club for more details.
HOW DO I GET INTO THE CLUB OUT OF STAFFED HOURS?
You can access ALLFIT 24 hours, 7 days a week. To access ALLFIT outside of staffed hours, simply swipe your Membership Access Card at the front door, this will unlock the door so you can enter the club. During early hours of the morning, the lights may be off if no one else is in the gym, don’t worry as soon as you swipe your Membership Access Card the lights and music will turn on.
Important: You can’t access ALLFIT outside of staffed hours without a Membership Access Card. If you forget your card it’s important you don’t try and get one of the members inside to let you in. Not only does this pose a security risk, it is against our ALLFIT club policy.
CAN I PUT A HOLD ON MY MEMBERSHIP?
Yes. If you’re going away or need some time off we can place a hold on your membership for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 3 months per membership year. We require at least 5 working days notice to apply it.
Months on hold don’t count towards the length of your contract, so if you’re 10 months into your 12 month contract and place a hold for two months, you’ll still have two months of your contract remaining when the hold ends. If you request to cancel whilst on the hold, we will still request 14 days of full payment as your notice period.

CAN I PURCHASE A MEMBERSHIP AS A GIFT?

HOW CAN I MAKE A BOOKING FOR A CLASS?
Please download our ALLFIT App on your phone from the Google Play Store for Android or the iOS App Store for Apple. Sign in with your details, and you’ll be able to:

WHAT IF IT’S MY FIRST TIME?
WHAT IF THE CLASS I WANT TO BOOK IS FULL
If your desired class is full, please use the join waitlist function on the app to book yourself in. If a spot becomes available, you will be automatically booked into your desired class and sent a confirmation email. It is up to you to cancel your booking in time if you no longer wish to attend the session.
DO I NEED TO BOOK IN ADVANCE?
We strongly advice for you to book in advance, but you are more than welcome to drop in for a class without booking. However, we cannot guarantee there will be a place available. If you wish to know how availability is looking for a certain session throughout the day, please check this on our ALLFIT app.

WHAT IF I AM RUNNING LATE?
For our Revolution classes, all bikes not confirmed at check in will be released 5 minutes before the start time of the class. For all our classes, unfortunately due to the disruption it causes others, we are not able to allow entry after the start of a class.
WHAT IF I NEED TO LEAVE EARLY?
Please do not leave a session early unless you feel unwell or are injured or you feel you are unable to carry on for any medical or health reasons. If this is the case, please ensure you let your instructor know so they can assist you if needed.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY FOR CLASSES?
Early Morning Classes
You need to cancel your attendance no later than 8.30pm the evening prior to the class. This is in order to give other members sufficient notice, if there is a wait-list, that a space has become available. If you fail to cancel the class by this time, you will be considered as a “No Show” to the class.
All Other Classes
ALLFIT operates a 2-hour cancellation policy.
Repeat “no shows” to any classes will be contacted in the first instance and will be blocked from booking into classes for a week if repeated.
It is against Club Rules to give your spot to a friend, you must cancel your booking so the next person on the waitlist gets the opportunity to attend the class. Cancellations must be done via the ALLFIT app outside of staffed hours.
HOW DO I CANCEL A CLASS?
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING FOR MY CLASS?
ARE THERE SHOWER FACILITIES AT THE STUDIO?
Yes there are shower and bathroom facilities in each ALLFIT gym which you are welcome to use before or after your class.
CAN I FILL UP MY WATER BOTTLE AT THE STUDIO?
You are welcome to fill up your own reusable water bottles at the studio using our drinkable water fountain.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR FOR A CLASS?
General workout wear is perfect for your classes at ALLFIT. Any long, loose trousers are discouraged as they may get caught in pedals.
ARE THERE LOCKERS TO KEEP MY THINGS IN WHILE I’M IN A CLASS?
Lockers are available free of charge inside the ALLFIT studios.
IS THERE A PLACE TO CHANGE CLOTHES?
Yes. You are welcome to use the changing rooms in the ALLFIT Gym before or after your class.
WHICH TYPE OF CLEATS DO YOUR PEDALS CATER TO?
Our bikes are compatible with SPD (Shimano) Road and Mountain-bike cleats and also delta (Look) Road cleats.
