Club Rules.
PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND OUR CLUB RULES.
All ALLFIT members and guests must comply with these rules. Compliance with these rules is important both to maintain the standards at our club and to enable members to get full enjoyment from their membership.
MEMBERSHIP ACCESS CARD.
- A Membership Access Card will be issued to each Member when they join ALLFIT.
- Each member must have his/her card swiped for security and verification on each visit to ALLFIT before proceeding into the club. Any Member attending ALLFIT without a valid Membership Access Card may be asked for proof of identification (during staffed hours) or will be denied entry (during unstaffed hours).
- A Member must not lend his Membership Access Card to anyone else as membership is personal and covers only the member’s use of ALLFIT and will also be in breach of our Membership Terms and Conditions. Doing so will result in a $150 fine. In addition, your gym membership will be suspended until the fine has been paid and could result in your membership being terminated.
MEMBER GUESTS.
- Members may bring non-member guests to ALLFIT for free, subject to our membership terms and conditions.
- Members must accompany their guest at all times, and the member who brings the guest remains responsible for their guest’s conduct whilst they are in the club. The member may not leave the club prior to their guest’s departure.
- A Free Guest Pass can only be utilised during the club’s staffed hours. Please click here for information on our staff hours. If you bring in a guest outside our staff hours, this will result in being fined $150.00. In addition, your gym membership will be suspended until the fine has been paid.
- Certain former members, persons who have applied for memberships but have been rejected, and former members of staff, may be ineligible to be a member, or guest, of ALLFIT. If in doubt, the member should check with the club’s management for advice.
- A Member who has “frozen” his/her membership will not be allowed access to the club (including as a guest).
- Members must present a valid guest pass to reception for their guest before accompanying them into the club.
- Members must ensure that their guests comply with these Rules.
PANIC BUTTONS.
- For your safety we have installed several fixed panic buttons in the gym and changing rooms. In addition, we have provided 2 wireless panic buttons. You may take one wireless panic button while you work out at the club. Buttons must only be pushed in times of emergency. If you or another member need emergency attention (not being able to find your towel…is not an emergency) please press the button to call security. A security guard will attend when a panic button is pushed.
- Pressing panic buttons by accident, as a ‘joke’ or due to malicious intent in times when no emergency is occurring will result in $150 fine plus any and all security call-out fees. In addition, your gym membership will be suspended until the fine and call out fees have been paid.
GENERAL.
- Photo/Filming: Recording video and taking photos (including selfies) is only permitted in common areas of the gym. You must receive verbal consent before capturing video or photos of others: members, employees or visitors.
- You are required to bring a fitness towel to the club and are asked to wipe down equipment after use.
- You are asked to arrive at ALLFIT at least 5 minutes before any gym induction or personal training appointments. We reserve the right to refuse to re-book an appointment for you if you repeatedly cancel (with less than 24 hours’ notice) or fail to keep an appointment for services and/or exercise programmes.
- Don’t solicit members or carry out any business within the club. This includes contacting members or staff by email for business purposes without their consent.
- Don’t promote products or services of any kind at ALLFIT without the permission of the club management.
BEHAVIOUR AND DRESS.
- You should conduct yourself in a quiet and well-mannered fashion when in or about the club, and in a manner that will not disturb or impair the use and enjoyment of ALLFIT by any other person. In particular, you may not use abusive language, or behave in a threatening or offensive manner to other members or staff. (That includes emails, texts, phone calls or correspondence).
- Smoking is prohibited in any area of the club including the use of e-cigarettes or similar devices.
- You may not use the club while under the influence of alcohol, narcotics or any medication or other substance which may affect your ability to exercise safely. You may not bring any intoxicating liquor or illegal drugs into the club or be drunk in the club.
- You must be dressed in suitable attire at all times when on the club premises, and appropriate exercise clothing is required whilst exercising in ALLFIT. Guidance as to suitable attire may be obtained from ALLFIT’s management team who may, at his/her discretion, require you to leave the club premises, if your attire is not considered suitable.
- Members are respectfully requested to store coats and rucksacks in the cubby holes provided.
CUBBY HOLES.
- Cubby holes are made available subject to availability. ALLFIT does not undertake that use of a cubby hole will guarantee that no theft of or damage to your property will occur. We will not accept any liability in relation to cubby hole thefts unless they result from our negligence.
- Cubby holes are available for use only while you are on the club’s premises. Use of a cubby hole while not on the club premises is prohibited. If you leave your belongings overnight in a cubby hole, ALLFIT reserves the right to remove your belongings.
- Your belongings, so removed, will be available for collection from reception for a period of 30 days. If you do not collect your belongings within this time, your belongings may be donated to charity.
Class Bookings.
- You must pre-book classes to ensure your participation in them. If you wish to know how availability is looking for a certain class throughout the day, feel free to check on our My ALLFIT members portal or call the ALLFIT gym.
- Classes can be booked up to 7 days in advance thorough our online portal.
- Before starting a class, you’ll need to swipe in at reception.
- Class timetables and instructors are subject to change from time to time without notice.
- You are requested not to open the doors while a class is in progress, as this may interfere with the operation of the air-conditioning system and disrupt other participants.
- In order to avoid disturbing classes, you are requested to arrive in good time. We are not able to allow entry after the start of a class.
- An instructor may, at any time, ask you to leave a class if you are jeopardising the safety or enjoyment of others.
- We reserve the right to limit your participation to only one exercise class per day.
We may terminate your ALLFIT Membership and may refuse you entry into ALLFIT, or eject you from ALLFIT, if you commit a serious or repeated breach of these Rules or if you engage in any other serious misconduct.
Complaints should be communicated privately to a member of the ALLFIT management team, in writing through our feedback QR codes throughout the gym, or by email to your club’s email address.
